hotel's lobby was lovely, i appreciated it. employees were hard-working and kept it all spotless. the location was prime close to the castles.

Yummy food, absolutely gorgeous view, high-class service. The room was silent, and silent too. Stuff was always available, lovely team. I loved a top-notch restaurant with a Portuguese menu. Lovely garden and good pool.

Great base for a 1-night stay. So close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. We had a room with castle views.
